Technical Requirements
The server software can be installed on any machine running Windows, MacOSX and Linux.
The machine hosting the server should:
- Have Java 1.6 (or higher) installed
- Be powerful enough to process the multiple connections
- Have a good bandwidth connectivity to the IP network to handle multiple video/audio streams
- Have configured your firewall settings to let EVOLight remote users to connect (one port needed).
The EVOLight software can support both the server and the client running on the same desktop/laptop.
